IIFA 2023 recently concluded with a bang. The award show saw some of the biggest B-town celebs dancing their hearts out and taking their much-deserving awards home. Amid all fun and frolic, one incident just can’t make us stop laughing and that’s when Vicky Kaushal tripped over Rakhi Sawant’s outfit.

Alongside Vicky and Rakhi, former’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke co-star Sara Ali Khan has also been seen grooving.
The viral clip started with Rakhi, Sara and Vicky dancing to Sawant singing Chikni Chameli. Vicky then quips, “Let’s dance on Sheila Ki Jawani.” The trio then started singing and dancing together. Vicky while grooving when went towards Rakhi’s back, she accidentally stepped back making Kaushal lose his balance.
Sawant then quickly looked back to check on Vicky as the Uri actor laughed. Sara on the other hand was seen covering her mouth with her hands.
Several fans on the internet broke into laughter and shared their hilarious reaction. One user wrote, “Hahahah Rakhi is the best.” Another said, “Trust Rakhi to be extra chaotic. But damn those moves, Vicky!”. Third added, “Vicky doesn’t know anything else when he’s dancing! This is so cute please!” “This is too hilarious,” said the fourth. See more reactions here:-

More about the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2023!
The Abu Dhabi show was hosted by Vicky alongside Abhishek. Where Vicky donned a white shirt, black blazer and pants, Rakhi and Sara wore red outfits. The 23rd edition of the IIFA Awards was held on Friday and Saturday where the IIFA Rocks event was kept on May 26 followed by the main awards night on May 27.
Several celebrities including Salman Khan, Nora Fatehi, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Dhawan, and Rakul Preet Singh performed at the gala night. In the winning feat, Hrithik Roshan and Alia Bhatt took home the Best Actor awards. Bhatt however was not there in attendance due to a medical emergency.

Alia later wrote on her Instagram story, “Thank you so much IIFA. Sorry, I couldn’t be there in person to receive the award. A special thank you to the audience for your constant support. This brings me and the enjoy team so much joy!” Alia and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi also won Best Cinematography, Best Screenplay and Best Dialogue at the coveted award show.

Most recently, Vicky will arrive in theatres with Laxman Utekar’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke on June 2. Further, he has Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur in the pipeline. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the film revolves around the life of India’s war hero and first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. The film which will hit theatres on 1st December also stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh.
