Hutton is the only cricketer to be dismissed “Obstructing the field” in Test cricket. South African Athan Rowan forced Hutton to play a false shot. The ball hit Hutton’s bat handle and rose. The England batsman avoided the ball from hitting on the stumps thus preventing South African ‘keeper Russell Endean from catching the ball. Hutton was declared out after the visitors appealed.
