In his reel, he says that “Dosas are getting out of hand” and that hearing about “mouth freshener dosa” makes him want to give up. He has shared parts of an Instagram video by @foodie addicted_ that shows the bizarre dosa being prepared.

The vlogger notices someone spreading dosa batter on a tawa and remarks that everyone does this well. The dosa is then topped with butter and jaggery. He tops it all with what the vlogger calls “sweet sesame seeds.” On closer inspection, it appears to be mukhwas – the sweetened seed mix that Indians eat after meals to aid digestion and refresh their breath.

Another Experiment: This Time It’s Spicy ‘Matka Dosa,’ And The Internet Is Furious

Yet another dosa experiment took place a few days back, and it was spicy ‘matka dosa’ that made the internet furious.

The spicy version of the traditional dosa dish called ‘matka dosa’ was served in a clay pot. The dosa was made with many vegetables like bell peppers, capsicum, and paneer, tossed with tomato sauce, soy sauce, and spices before being transferred to a plate. 

This bizarre concoction of soy sauce, tomato sauce and copious amounts of mayonnaise enraged people given the ‘destruction’ of this delectable South Indian delicacy.
