In a bizarre incident, a man in Kazakhstan climbed a fence at a zoo and sat on a giraffe to ride it. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The incident took place at the Shymkent zoo, according to Metro.
Guess what? The man was allegedly drunk.
When you think of sitting on a giraffe, then it’s obvious that you are not in your senses! The video was shared on an Instagram page called Turkestan Today.
The video shows the man scaling the fence and climbing onto the giraffe and the animal also allows the man to sit on him for a few seconds before tossing him to the ground and running away. In the last few seconds of the video, the man is seen scrambling over the fence to exit the enclosure as the giraffe circles back towards him.
Watch the video below, just for laughs:
The Mirror reported that police are now investigating to identify the intruder, who faces arrest over his stunt.
Cases of animal cruelty are just multiplying day by day and it seems there is no end to these atrocities. One such example is, a man allegedly flung two Shih Tzu puppies from the eighth-floor balcony of his apartment in Emaar Emerald Estate, Sector 65, Gurugram.
The puppies, a male and a female, were just 8-9 months old and they died of shock due to falling from such a great height. The owner of the dogs was apparently an Iraqi citizen named Saif Ali, who works as a translator in a leading private hospital.
Another incident of animal cruelty has come to light, and it’s disturbing, to say the least. A video of a Kurdish man smashing a birthday cake on his pet lion’s face has surfaced online. The man is being ridiculed for the cruel act.
In the video, a group of Kurdish-speaking men are seen kneeling down next to the lion and one of them smashes a cake into the poor animal’s face. However, he does not stop there – he then rubs the cake on the lion’s face as the others around them laugh.
The big cat named Leo shakes its head, paws and face to get the cake off as it tries to get away from the men. According to reports, the man in the video has been identified as Blend Brifkani, head of a local NGO called the Kurdish American Cooperation Organisation.
