Man claiming to be King Charles III and Camilla’s son reveals details of DNA paternity test

Simon Dorante-Day has now shared the details of the DNA paternity test. The 56-year-old says that this is the outcome of decades of research. Apparently, he was inundated with calls from media houses after Queen Elizabeth II’s passing on September 8. He shared the news update exclusively with 7NEWS.com.au

He said that he is considering legal action against the royals and is now ready to take King Charles III to court for DNA testing.

In short, the new development is that Dorante-Day has discussed the legalities of the paternity case with senior legal figures to bring action against King Charles III.

“There has been a discussion in there between a judge and myself and his barrister about the legal standing of Charles, and whether the monarch is protected by the law or is above the law,” Dorante-Day told the news outlet.

“And the answer to that was no – they told me that we don’t see any reason why he is. And secondly, Camilla and her family are certainly not above the law. So that argument’s already been had and settled,” he added.

The man said he will go to family court with the evidence

Simon Dorante-Day who had previously been to the family court for the same said that the court mentioned if he can bring in any sort of evidence or any reports as such then there is no reason why his DNA test application will be denied. The court had also previously mentioned that after the evidence, Charles and Camilla have to reply.

He added: “It makes no difference to me whether that mountain in front of me is male or female. It makes no difference to me how high that mountain is.

“I’ve still got to climb it to prove what I know to be true. So from that regard, nothing has changed.”

The man had said that his case hasn’t slowed down despite Charles’ rise to the monarch. Earlier this year, Dorante-Day had alleged that he had written a letter to Queen Elizabeth II, asking her to encourage her son to participate in DNA testing but got no response.
