Story Of Balbir’s Wife To Drug Abuse, 11 Poignant Takeaways From The Powerful Climax Of Kohrra

There is no denying that Kohrra premiered with no expectations and became the most talked-about series in recent memory. The show is totally different from the series that we have been binge-watching for the past few months. We are all aware of how important acting and, of course, the main plot were to the series’ success, but its execution is what really set it apart.

The narrative is woven in such a way that, even if it leaves you with some questions, you can’t help but nod your head in agreement.

While it was successful in generating a great deal of excitement, some audience members would have been left perplexed and wondering, “What just happened?”

Well, we’re here to help. We will go into more detail about certain passages that crucial and significantly influenced the story’s development.

Let’s get started, shall we?

Mystery Behind Balbir’s Wife And Daughter Nimrat’s Mental Health

We were not able to figure out the cause of Balbir’s daughter Nimrat’s traumatization, played by Harleen Sethi—or where his wife was until many episodes passed by. We learn in the later episodes of the show that Nimrat saw her mother commit suicide and was a witness to it. According to what is known, the wife’s mental health struggles are so severe that she was taking medication. Eventually, she got so tired of it that she no longer wanted to take it.

Everything reaches such a point that she commits suicide. Nimrat, who witnessed her mother’s struggle, is from a background where she is aware of how her father is a “toxic male” who wants his family to follow his lead at all costs. This is demonstrated by a somewhat snarky exchange in which she claims that her father taught her how to be a nice daughter and wife but never supported her dreams of pursuing her education.

2. Nimrat’s Decision To Leave The Child

It is painful to witness Nimrat pleading to be with her loved one. Despite her unwavering devotion for her son, she says something unusual. She describes how much her son means to her despite the fact that she never wanted to become a parent in the first place. So she moves on with the man she loves and leaves the child with her estranged spouse.

They have made an effort to illustrate the drug abuse cycle and how pervasive it is among the state’s population.

He attempted to murder the person who was in the truck with him, thinking that it may result in consequences. The truck driver ends up in jail and confesses everything after being tortured.

5. The Music’s Impact

The music of the programme is one of its most underappreciated features. From the the BGM to Wazir Patar’s two tracks.  They are well positioned. The songs are surprising and give much-needed edge and thrill, with one being played when Balbir dances and another at the closing scene.

When the two eventually cross paths again in the fields, Liam is dismayed to learn that Paul is still hesitant to come out of the closet. They begin making out, but Liam feels duped. Liam pushes Paul away and slits his throat during their altercation. Later, after realizing his grave error, he calls his mother to confess.
