Now, who could have made the volcano not erupt? Here’s what Uorfi has said after falling into legal trouble.
The Bigg Boss OTT contestant took to Instagram and wrote, “I don’t know how many more police complaints against me! Wow. I am amazed how people have no problem, or any kind of objection against people who openly threaten to rape me, kill me. You have a problem with me because of my clothes but not with men who rape and murder.”

She further shared a video where she’s wearing an orange strapped dress with a striped design and wrote, “This is me in a restaurant, please use this video as evidence in court (my only request).” The video features the song, ‘tujhko mirchi lagi toh mai kya karu?’ For the unversed, she’s currently seen in Splitsvilla 14.
It was recently that Uorfi was called out mercilessly for calling her co-contestant ‘Meetha’ on national television. She had then defended herself as always.
In a video shared by MTV, she was seen describing her co-contestants and when coming across Honey Kamboj, Urfi called him “Meetha.” The term Urfi used is slang for gay and members of the LGBTQI community. After being called insensitive about subjects that matter, Uorfi said she didn’t mean that.
Sharing the BTS clip, Uorfi wrote, “@iamhoneykamboj I didn’t mean anything bad for him, the first word that came to my mind after hearing honey is meetha! I didn’t think this through back then but I apologise, honey is an amazing guy! Lots of love for you” Honey also reacted to her story and said, “Much more love. Everything is chill.”

Uorfi with her out-of-box outfits became such a conversation on social media that people even forgot that she has been a part of some successful TV shows.
Uorfi made her acting debut with Sony TV’s Bade Bhaiyaa Ki Dulhaniyan (2016). She went on to star in Chandra Nandini, Meri Durga, Bepannah, Saat Phero Ki Hera Pheeri, Jiji Maa, Daayan, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Aye Mere Humsafar and Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2020). She also featured in Alt Balaji’s Puncch Beat 2.
