Ingredients

½ cup sticky rice

1 cup coconut milk

5 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tbsp corn flour

¼ tsp salt

½ mango, sliced

Rinse the sticky rice at least 3-4 times with water and then boil it in a pan on high heat for approximately 20 minutes or until fully cooked.At the same time, combine the coconut milk, sugar and salt and heat the mix until the sugar dissolves completely. Divide the warm mix into two equal parts and add one part to the cooked rice and mix well. Cover the rice and set it aside.To the remaining mix, add cornflour to it and heat the mix until it thickens a bit.Cut a mango slice into long strips.Using a spoon, press the rice into a bowl and then de-mould it onto a serving plate. After positioning the mangoes around it, cover it with the sauce. Enjoy it with toasted sesame seeds as a garnish!
