Washington Sundar will no longer take part in IPL 2023 due to a hamstring injury, SRH confirmed as per Cricbuzz.
Washington took part in all 7 games till now and after no wickets in six matches, took 3 in 1 over vs DC. The youngster also hit a quick unbeaten 24 but could not prevent a loss.

This is yet another injury in a long list for Washington.
Recently he injured his left shoulder during a Royal London One-Day Cup game for Lancashire and so was not on the plane to Zimbabwe. Over a year back, he has a hamstring injury which made him miss the home games vs West Indies and many matches in IPL 2022.

In 2021, just after his heroics Down Under and at home vs England, he injured his finger when fielding for a County side in a warm-up vs India.
That ensured he would not play the Tests vs England, 2nd half of the IPL plus the T20 World Cup.
