Flipkart has announced its new ‘Big Exchange Days’ scheme
where consumers can get their old electronic device exchanged and upgrade to a
new one.
The e-commerce company has also confirmed that the ‘Big
Exchange Days’ will be scheduled on the first two days of every month.
Under the new scheme, consumers will be offered doorstep
exchange for their old device and can choose from a wide range of devices
including smartphones, tablets, laptops, televisions, refrigerators and washing
machines.
Flipkart in a press statement claims that to ensure a smooth
end-to-end experience for customers, “every delivery executive has been
specially trained to understand the process along with the exchange quality
check methods.” Consumers can avail the ‘Big Exchange Days’ scheme via the
Flipkart app, desktop site, as well as Flipkart Lite app..
