A bizarre case has emerged in Bihar’s Chapra district. According to a News18 report, a young man was married here and went out to buy sweets for his bride. But the night passed, the bride waited, and the groom vanished with the dowry bike.

After a while, the relatives continued to look for him throughout the night. They even questioned the locals, but no evidence of the groom could be found. Fearing the worst, the family members filed a report with the local police station on Tuesday, requesting that he be found.

According to reports, the missing man’s name is Jialal, and he is 24 years old. Dinesh Mahato is his father’s name, and they live in Bhoraha village.

Jialal married Jyoti Kumari, the daughter of Kashi Mahato, a resident of Nethua village in the Madhaura police station area, on June 25.

On the evening of June 26, at 6 p.m., Jiyalal went to a neighbouring local market, around 300 metres away from the residence, claiming to bring sweets. But he hasn’t returned home since. The family waited until late at night for him to return, but he never did.

Despite the fact that the police have interrogated numerous people at the wedding site, they have yet to solve the case.

A similar weird incident occurred a few days ago in Kanpur. According to reports, a bride married a wedding guest after the groom left the venue after exchanging garlands on the wedding day.

The incident occurred in Maharajpur, Kanpur district, Uttar Pradesh. After the wedding, the bride’s family promptly filed a complaint against the fugitive groom and his family. In search of their son, the groom’s family also filed a missing person’s report.
