All of us know about the dating app, Bumble. Its USP is that women have the power to make the first move.

According to Help Guide, “burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.”

Since coronavirus-induced restrictions are being lifted across the world, companies are coming up with different strategies to retain staff and boost productivity. Some expect a full return to the office while others are offering a more flexible approach.

According to a Bloomberg report, the paid vacation for Bumble staff and employees at its Latin American unit Badoo is thanks to the trend of bosses persuading employees that they have their best interest at heart and to continue working at the company.

Burnout can lead to employees throwing in the towel due to being overwhelmed with the work, mentally or physically. It is important to keep employees happy and make them aware of the fact that their bosses care about their mental health and physical well-being.
