'May Be Last Good Morning,' Mumbai Doctor Passes Away Hours After Posting Message

India’s government had an entire year to prepare for the second wave of COVID-19. However, our healthcare system is collapsing as there is a shortage of hospital beds, plasma, medicines needed to treat Covid, oxygen, ICUs etc.

In spite of these challenges,

our frontline warriors, especially the medical fraternity, are dangerously risking their lives every day while saving others. In fact,

many of them have died in this fight against the novel coronavirus.

No surprises that in order to draw attention to the gravity of the issue, doctors are appealing to the public to be safe and stay indoors as the least precautionary measure which can protect them and others.

For themselves, however, doctors do not have this privilege. The recent victim of the disease from the medical fraternity is Dr Manisha Jadhav from Mumbai who passed away just a few hours after she wrote a message on FB alluding to her deteriorating condition.

In the heartbreaking post, the deceased doctor from Mumbai alluded to her deteriorating condition. And reading her post will make each one of us realise the devastating condition our country is in.
