It is apparent that these brave troopers have washed their hands off the dating market and are just as content enjoying their own company as they can be while being madly and ultimately tragically in love.
These solo daters are now promoting this newest trend on the internet and are calling it ‘Masterdating’. The latest love and relationship trend is the practice of showering oneself with gifts and experiences that were traditionally seen as “couple things.”

These well-deserved outings and treats are efforts to establish a healthy sense of self-sufficiency and independence before launching into a serious, long-term relationship.
In a conversation with The Post, Amy Nobile, who is a holistic dating coach in the West Village, explained, “Taking yourself out on dates is an exercise in self-love and self-compassion. She added, “You’re teaching yourself about your own needs, requirements, and the things that bring you joy. It’s about uncovering your own passions.”
Nobile’s assistance is not an easy tool to access. It costs over $10,000 to gain her assistance for a single person to find their soulmate in the city. She says that a solo date can be as charming as going on a soiree with a charming, handsome, or cheeky siren.
The Dating Coach Encourages People To Do It Once A Week

The dating expert urges people to “make a whole day of it”. She also prescribes singles stick to a non-strict routine of “masterdating” once a week. “Send yourself flowers in the morning, send yourself a sweet note saying, ‘I can’t wait to see you tonight,’ schedule a fancy mode of transportation to get yourself to the date—make it a full day of love,” she advised.
On the internet, the new trend has Gen Zers raising their eyebrows as they learn about the dating hack. In fact, the young ones are so into it that on TikTok, #MasterDating already has over 1.6 million views.
It seems that the hopeless romantics are already living happily ever after while dining and playing on their own. Many followers of the trend have also adopted Miley Cyrus’ hit song ‘Flowers’ as the official anthem for the dating trend.
