As the super flower moon lit up the night sky on May 7, people around the world got a glimpse of this fascinating phenomenon. Since the pollution levels are down, the sky was devoid of its usual smoke, smog and haze, and the moon was clearly visible. This particular phenomenon is called ‘Super Flower Moon’ because it is the time of the year when flowers grow in abundance in the Northern Hemisphere.
