Zomato Delivery Guy Distributes Chocolates On His Birthday With Orders
Zomato delivery executive Karan Apte turned 30 recently and to celebrate the big three-O, Apte decided to share his happiness. The first step to spending a fulfilled day was to get himself a new shirt.
After freshening up his look, the delivery executive decided to make people smile by distributing chocolates with every order he got for the day. Apte updated his plan of action on Facebook and quickly became a viral sensation on the platform.
People absolutely adored his sweet gesture and lauded him on social media. Many came forward and tagged Zomato on the post to get the man a gift on his birthday. On such days, it is usually the person celebrating who gets the present but here’s this adorable man who is going out of his way to make people happy on his special day.
Zomato Sent A Present To The Executive’s House
Along with a caption that read, “Today’s my birthday, I bought a new shirt and distributed chocolates with every order I delivered in Zomato,” Apte also shared two photos. One was him in a changing room, wearing presumably his new shirt and another was him distributing a chocolate attached to an order to a customer.
After hearing the many pleas to send the guy a present on his birthday, Zomato answered and sent a cake to his house. Apte shared a click of the scrumptious cake and wrote a thank you note to the company. He was blindsided by the unexpected gift but figured out who sent it after the company dialed him a call and congratulated him on his birthday.
