In conversation with news agency PTI, Chopra revealed that she wanted to do an all-girls film and so she discussed the idea with her friends. “I called up Alia and Katrina, this is before Farhan or anybody came (on board). And then we were absolutely lucky with getting a great cast to come to work together. So it just felt like the time was right. The script felt right, the cast is absolutely the perfect cast. And anyone would say that they would want to make this film. So, I’m just really excited that, that’s me.”
